Tripartite agreement for transfer of lease rights (CHB)

The present holder (second party) and the buyer (third party) of a CHB leasehold property, with CHB as the first party.

How to fill it in

  1. Download the form and print it. Fill it in by hand, in clear block letters, with a blue or black pen.
  2. Fill in the blanks the form prints: Second party, Third party, Dwelling unit number, Sector, Category of the unit, Allotment letter number and the others.
  3. Attach with it: CHB executes this agreement; the checklist names no stamp-paper value for it. Ask at the counter.
  4. Where it goes: Attached to the application at the CHB Reception Counter; the agreement is executed with CHB.
  5. Official time limit: 20 working days, excluding the public notice (Citizens' Charter s2.2(b)).
  6. Sign where the form asks you to, check that no blank is left empty, and keep a photocopy for yourself.
