Leave encashment: ₹9,500 (Rupees Nine Thousand Five Hundred only)
Bonus or incentive: ₹12,000 (Rupees Twelve Thousand only)
Gratuity: ₹1,15,000 (Rupees One Lakh Fifteen Thousand only)
Unpaid travel reimbursement for August 2026: ₹3,000 (Rupees Three Thousand only)
DEDUCTIONS
Recovery for notice period not served: ₹20,000 (Rupees Twenty Thousand only)
Recovery of salary advance or loan: ₹15,000 (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only)
Statutory deductions (such as tax deducted at source): ₹4,200 (Rupees Four Thousand Two Hundred only)
NET AMOUNT PAYABLE: ₹1,23,300 (Rupees One Lakh Twenty Three Thousand Three Hundred only)
This net amount will be paid to you on 3 April 2026, by bank transfer to the employee’s salary account. All company property has been returned and accepted.
This settlement covers the dues shown above. It does not take away any right that the law gives you and that cannot be given up by agreement, and it does not affect your provident fund, which is dealt with under that scheme's own rules. If you think any figure is wrong, please tell us in writing before signing, and we will look at it again.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT BY THE EMPLOYEE
I, Rajesh Bansal, confirm that I have read this letter and that I have received the net amount of ₹1,23,300 (Rupees One Lakh Twenty Three Thousand Three Hundred only) stated above, in settlement of the dues listed in it. Apart from any right that the law does not allow me to give up, I have no further claim against Northline Analytics Private Limited for the period of my employment.
