Co-sharer No-Objection Affidavit (Section 118)

The land being sold under section 118 of the Himachal Pradesh Tenancy and Land Reforms Act, 1972 stands in the joint names of more than one recorded co-sharer, and only some of them are selling. This is the sworn no-objection of the co-sharers who are NOT themselves party to the sale, confirming they have no objection to it, filed with the section 118 application alongside the selling Transferor's own affidavit. Use it beside `himachal_section_118_permission_application` and `himachal_transferor_no_landless_affidavit_section_118`. If every recorded co-sharer is selling and each signs the application and the sale papers personally, this separate affidavit is usually unnecessary — it exists for the case where some co-sharers stay out of the transaction but the Collector still needs their concurrence on file. Not for: a general no-objection between co-owners outside a section 118 proceeding — the library's general co-owner consent template covers that. This one is written specifically to accompany a section 118 file and says so on its face.
