You own a house in Himachal Pradesh and want to register it as a homestay or bed-and-breakfast unit under the Himachal Pradesh Home Stay Rules, 2025, made under the Himachal Pradesh Tourism Development and Registration Act, 2002. Registration is done through the Tourism Department's online e-Services Portal, and this sworn affidavit is the declaration you attach to that application, confirming your ownership, residence and compliance with the Rules' conditions. Not the registration application itself, and not a substitute for it — file this alongside the online form, not instead of it.
