Dear Sir/Madam,

I was admitted to B.Com (Honours) at your institution on 1 April 2026, and paid a total fee of ₹65,000 (Rupees Sixty Five Thousand only) vide Receipt No. 4521 dated 10 June 2026. The course was scheduled to start on 2 April 2026.

I am writing to request a refund of the fees paid, for the following reason: I am withdrawing my admission before the course has commenced X. I am withdrawing/making this request with effect from 3 April 2026.

I request a refund of ₹58,500 (Rupees Fifty Eight Thousand Five Hundred only), in accordance with the applicable refund rules of your institution and the relevant regulatory body, to be credited to: Account No. XXXXXXXX3456, State Bank of India, Ludhiana.

I enclose: Original fee receipt, copy of the admission letter, and a cancelled cheque/passbook copy for the bank account named above

I request that this refund be processed at the earliest, and I am available for any verification or further formality your office requires.
