Chandigarh applies its own Schedule I figure and its Estate Office accepts a notarised affidavit in place of one attested by an Executive Magistrate, though that practice concerns property records rather than academic ones. Many Boards and Universities prescribe their own stamp-paper value for this exact affidavit in their admission or migration-certificate rules — where the receiving institution states one, follow it in preference to the general figure. Buy the e-stamp in the deponent's own name.

Registration

Notarisation
