School and university records
- Migration Certificate AffidavitA sworn affidavit supporting an application for, or the particulars needed to obtain, a Migration Certificate from the Board, University or School last attended — commonly needed when moving to another University or Board within India, applying to study abroad, or where a name, date of birth or other particular needs to be affirmed against the institution's records before the certificate is issued. - Duplicate Marksheet / Lost Certificate AffidavitA sworn affidavit, combined with an indemnity bond, for a marksheet, certificate, degree or similar academic document that has been lost — used to support an application to the issuing Board, University or School for a duplicate. Records the loss, the search made for the original, whether a police report or online lost-property complaint was lodged, and whether a public notice was published, and indemnifies the institution against the consequences of issuing a duplicate. Study visa and sponsorship
- Study Visa Sponsorship AffidavitA sworn affidavit by a sponsor — typically a parent or close relative — declaring the intention and financial capacity to fund a named student's course and living costs abroad, for annexure to a study visa application. General-purpose across destination countries; it is not any one consulate's own prescribed "affidavit of support" form, and some consulates require their own instead of, or in addition to, this one. Often filed together with the Relationship Affidavit for Visa, which independently establishes the family relationship, and the Sponsor Financial Undertaking, a more detailed itemised funding commitment — the three are commonly prepared as a set for a study visa.₹199Open
- Relationship Affidavit for VisaA sworn affidavit establishing the family relationship between two named persons — parent and child, siblings, spouses, grandparent and grandchild, and the like — for use in a visa application, typically alongside a Study Visa Sponsorship Affidavit or a Sponsor Financial Undertaking. Particularly useful where official documents show inconsistent particulars, such as different spellings across records or no formal birth record for an older family member, and a sworn relationship affidavit is asked for as corroboration. Not a substitute for the underlying documents themselves — birth certificate, passport, family register and the like — which should be attached; this affidavit explains and reconciles them, and does not replace them.₹199Open
- Sponsor Financial Undertaking (Visa)A sworn undertaking by a financial sponsor to provide or guarantee funds — tuition, living costs, travel, insurance and incidental expenses — for a named beneficiary's visa application and stay abroad, together with a declaration of the source of those funds. Broader than a course-specific sponsorship: usable for a student visa, a dependent or accompanying-family visa, or a visitor visa, and commonly filed together with the Study Visa Sponsorship Affidavit and the Relationship Affidavit for Visa as part of a study-visa document set. General-purpose across destination countries. Some consulates prescribe their own affidavit-of-support or proof-of-funds form, which should be used in preference to, or alongside, this one where specified.₹199Open
