Subject: Application under the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007, for protection of my life and property and for the Respondents to vacate my house.

I, Harbans Singh, aged 72 years, of House 12, Sector 40, Chandigarh, respectfully state as follows.

1. THE HOUSE

1.1 This application concerns the house described as: House 12, Sector 40, Chandigarh, ground floor (the "House").
1.2 The House is mine, or I have the right to live in it, as follows: I bought the plot in 1994 and built the house; the sale deed is in my name..

2. THE RESPONDENTS

2.1 The persons living in the House whom I ask to be removed (the "Respondents") are: Rajinder Singh (son) and his wife and two children.
2.2 They came to live in the House as follows: My son lived with us from birth; after his marriage in 2015 his family stayed on, with no rent and no written terms..
2.3 I have not given the Respondents any right to stay in the House beyond my permission, which I now withdraw.

3. NEGLECT, ILL-TREATMENT AND RISK

3.1 The Respondents have neglected or ill-treated me, as follows: Since 2025 they have shouted at me, kept me out of the kitchen and taken my pension..

3.2 My safety or health is at risk at present: I was pushed in May 2026 and was treated for an injury..

3.3 Before making this application I took these steps: I asked in person in April 2026 and sent a letter in June 2026; no reply..

4. PRAYER

4.1 I request the Tribunal to issue notice to the Respondents.
4.2 So far as the Act allows, I request the Tribunal to direct the Respondents to vacate the House within the time the Tribunal allows, so that I can live in it safely and peacefully, and to pass any other order for my protection that the Tribunal considers just.
