PART A: PUBLIC NOTICE

Notice is hereby given to the public that I, Harbans Singh, son/daughter/wife of Late Sh. Gurdev Singh, aged 72 years, resident of House 12, Sector 40, Chandigarh, have with effect from 1 April 2026 cut off all dealings with my son Rajinder Singh, last known address House 5, Phase 3, Mohali.

The public is warned not to deal with Rajinder Singh in my name or on my authority. I will not be responsible for any loan, debt, contract or act of Rajinder Singh made after the date of this notice.

PART B: AFFIDAVIT

I, Harbans Singh, son/daughter/wife of Late Sh. Gurdev Singh, aged 72 years, resident of House 12, Sector 40, Chandigarh, do solemnly affirm and state as follows.

1. Rajinder Singh is my son, last known address House 5, Phase 3, Mohali.
2. With effect from 1 April 2026, I have decided to cut off all dealings and relations with Rajinder Singh, of my own free will and without pressure from anyone.

3. The reasons for my decision are: He has not stayed in touch since 2023 and has taken loans without my knowledge..

4. I am not responsible for any loan, debt, contract or act of Rajinder Singh made after 1 April 2026.

5. The notice in Part A is being published in The Tribune, Chandigarh.

6. I understand that this affidavit and notice record my decision. They do not by themselves take away any right that the law gives Rajinder Singh in any property, and they do not decide who will inherit from me.
7. I may separately make a Will or another lawful arrangement for my own property.

VERIFICATION

I verify at Chandigarh on 2 April 2026 that the contents of this affidavit are true to my knowledge and belief, that nothing is false and nothing material has been concealed.
