I, Navdeep Singh, S/o Sh. Harbans Singh, of House No. 88, Sector 40-B, Chandigarh, contactable on X, authorise Mr Gurmeet Singh, my brother, of X, identified by Driving licence ending 4821, to act for me as set out below.

Papers. The papers are for use in Canada: B.Tech degree certificate, Panjab University, 2021, No. 4432; marriage certificate, Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Chandigarh, 2023, No. 118

What the person may do. To hand in my original papers at the counter or office concerned, to apply for an apostille on them, to pay the fees the office requires, to sign any receipt, and to collect the papers when they are ready.

Limits. This authority is only for the papers listed above and for the purpose stated. It does not allow the person to sign anything on my behalf except a receipt, to change any paper, or to do anything else in my name. The person must return my original papers to me, and tell me at once if any paper is lost, held back or refused. The authority lasts until 1 April 2026 and I may cancel it earlier by written notice.

I request the office to deal with the person named above.
