1.1 From 1 April 2026 the Provider shall provide the Client with the right to use the address Office No. 304, third floor, SCO 11, Sector 8-C, Chandigarh 160009, at Chandigarh, in the State of Punjab (the "Address"), and the following services: receiving and logging post and courier, notifying the Client by email within one working day, a name on the building directory, a reception that answers calls in the Client's name during office hours, and use of a meeting room for a set number of hours each month (the "Services"). Nothing else is included unless agreed in writing.
1.2 The Client may use the Address as its business address, its registered office and its principal or additional place of business for GST registration.
1.3 The Provider shall receive post and couriers addressed to the Client at the Address, tell the Client of them promptly, and hand them over or forward them as the Client directs. Mail not collected or forwarded within 30 days may be returned to the sender or, if it cannot be returned, securely destroyed, except that the Provider shall not destroy anything marked as a legal, court, tax or government notice and shall tell the Client of it at once.
- 2. GST, COMPANY REGISTRATION AND OFFICIAL VISITS
2.1 Where the Client may use the Address for company or GST registration, the Provider shall, on request and within a reasonable time, give the Client the papers the authorities ordinarily ask for, such as a signed consent letter for use of the premises and copies of the Provider's proof of ownership or lease and a recent utility bill, and shall not withdraw that consent while this Agreement is in force.
2.2 The Provider does not promise that any authority will accept the Address for any registration. Whether an authority accepts it is for the authority to decide, and the Client is responsible for its own filings and for what it declares to any authority.
2.3 If an officer visits the Address to verify the Client, the Provider shall confirm the arrangement truthfully and show the officer this Agreement. The Client shall not represent to anyone that it occupies or works from the Address in person unless that is true.
