When you need it

A buyer's own complaint to the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Panchkula, against a builder or promoter for delay in giving possession, for a refund of money paid, or for defects in the construction or amenities. You choose which in the questions.

It is your own written complaint with a list of enclosures. It is not the Authority's printed complaint form, and the Authority may require its own form, an online filing or a fee in addition: this letter does not name any of them. Check with the Authority before you file. Give the facts as they are, with dates and amounts, and enclose the builder-buyer agreement and the payment receipts. Say what you want the Authority to order. Not for: a complaint against a builder in Punjab (use the Punjab RERA Complaint); a dispute with a seller of a resale flat; a consumer-court case.
