A student is joining a coaching centre or tuition institute for an exam or subject course, and the centre and the family want the batch, the fee, the instalments, the refund terms and the complaint contact written down and signed before any money is paid. The student (with a parent or guardian, who also stands for the payment) and the centre both sign.

Not for leasing premises to a coaching centre (use the School or Coaching Centre Premises Lease). Not for a college fee refund (use the Fee Refund Request to College). Any law, regulator or Government guideline that applies to coaching centres overrides these terms; none is quoted here, so check the rules current for Punjab or Chandigarh, and whether the centre must be registered.

COACHING CENTRE ENROLMENT AND REFUND TERMS

This Enrolment Agreement is made at Chandigarh on 2 April 2026 between:

Pathfinder Coaching Institute, having its centre at SCO 45, Sector 34-A, Chandigarh (registration/licence no. X) (the "Centre");

and

Tanvi Sharma, D/o Sh. Anil Sharma, resident of House No. 410, Sector 22-A, Chandigarh (the "Student"), together with his/her parent or guardian Anil Sharma (the "Parent"), who also stands responsible for payment of the fee.

1. Course. The Centre shall coach the Student for NEET one-year classroom course, in Batch B, morning, from 1 April 2026 to 2 April 2026, in line with the course schedule the Centre has given to the Student.

2. Fee. The total fee is ₹1,10,000 (Rupees One Lakh Ten Thousand only), inclusive of GST, payable as follows: Rs 40,000 on enrolment; Rs 35,000 on 1 July 2027; Rs 35,000 on 1 October 2027

3. Receipts. The Centre shall give a receipt for every payment, and shall not charge any fee that is not stated in this agreement.

4. Refund if the Student leaves. If the Student withdraws, the fee shall be refunded as follows: Withdrawal before the first class: the whole fee is refunded; after the first class, the fee for the months not yet attended is refunded. These terms shall not be read to give the Student less than the law, or any regulator's or Government's guideline that applies to the Centre, requires.

5. Refund if the Centre cannot continue. If the Centre cancels the batch or the course, or cannot continue it, it shall refund the fee for the part of the course that has not been delivered.

6. No guarantee of results. The Centre has not promised the Student any rank, marks, selection or admission, and shall not use any such promise to persuade the Student to enrol. The Student's result depends on the Student's own effort.

7. Conduct. The Student shall attend regularly and follow the Centre's rules, which the Centre has given to the Student in writing.

8. Welfare and complaints. The Centre shall treat the Student with respect and shall not subject the Student to harassment. The Student or the Parent may write about any complaint to: Centre manager, 98XXXXXXXX, manager@pathfinder.example

9. Disputes. The parties shall first try to settle any dispute by writing to each other, and failing that, the courts at Chandigarh shall have jurisdiction.
