This Bond is made at S.A.S. Nagar (Mohali) on 1 April 2026 between:
Northline Analytics Private Limited, of Plot No. 8, Phase 8-B, Industrial Area, S.A.S. Nagar (Mohali) 160055, acting through Anita Verma, Head of Human Resources (the Employer); and
Rajesh Bansal, son/daughter/wife of Mohan Lal Bansal, residing at House No. 214, Sector 15-A, Chandigarh 160015, employed as Network Engineer (the Employee).
- 1. THE TRAINING. The Employer will send the Employee for the following training, at the Employer's cost: A six-week certification programme in industrial network security run by an external institute at Pune, including fees, travel and lodging. The training runs 1 November 2026 to 12 December 2026. The Employer will actually pay ₹1,20,000 (Rupees One Lakh Twenty Thousand only) for it, and will give the Employee proof of what it paid on request.
- 2. MINIMUM SERVICE. In return for this investment, the Employee agrees to serve the Employer for at least 12 months after the training ends (the Minimum Period).
- 3. IF THE EMPLOYEE LEAVES EARLY. If the Employee resigns or leaves of his or her own choice, or is dismissed for proved misconduct, before the Minimum Period is over, the Employee will repay the Employer only the part of the actual training cost that remains unrecovered. That part is the training cost multiplied by the number of whole months of the Minimum Period still left, divided by the number of months in the Minimum Period. It is a refund of cost the Employer really spent. It is not a penalty, and it can never be more than the actual cost.
- 4. WHEN NOTHING IS PAYABLE. Nothing is repayable if the Employer ends the employment for a reason other than proved misconduct, if the Employee leaves because of ill health certified by a doctor or because the Employer has broken the terms of employment, or if the Minimum Period has been completed.
- 5. HOW AND WHEN TO REPAY. The Employee will repay any amount due within 30 days after the last working day. The Employer will give a written statement of how the amount has been worked out. The Employer may recover it from the dues payable to the Employee only as far as the law allows and not otherwise.
- 6. WHAT THE EMPLOYER WILL NOT DO. The Employer will not keep the Employee's original educational or identity documents, will not withhold salary already earned, and will not ask for any security other than this Bond.
- 7. TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT UNCHANGED. This Bond does not change the Employee's pay, notice period or other terms of employment. It does not restrict the Employee from working elsewhere after leaving, and it is not a non-compete.
- 8. DISPUTES. Any dispute will be heard in the courts at Chandigarh. The parties will first try to settle it by talking to each other.
Signed by the parties on the date written above.
