You own a farmhouse or lawn near Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula or elsewhere in Punjab and want to let it for a day or an evening, or you are the person hiring it for a wedding function, a party or a gathering. This agreement fixes the date and hours, the number of guests, the hire charge, a damage deposit, the house rules (music, fireworks, overnight stay, cleaning) and what is refunded on cancellation.

It is a permission to use the place for the hours stated. It does not give the Hirer any right to stay on or any interest in the land. FARMHOUSE OR LAWN DAY-HIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement is made at Chandigarh on 2 April 2026.

BETWEEN

Jaswant Singh Dhillon, mobile 9814012345, owner of Dhillon Farms at Village Kansal, near Chandigarh (the "Owner");

AND

Manpreet Kaur, of House 45, Phase 3B1, Mohali, mobile 9876501234 (the "Hirer").

1. THE HIRE

1.1 The Owner allows the Hirer to use Front lawn, covered patio, kitchen, two washrooms and parking for 40 cars. The house and the orchard are not included. at Dhillon Farms on 2 April 2026 from 4:00 pm to 11:00 pm for a wedding or wedding function. This is permission to use the place for those hours only. It is not a lease, and the Hirer gets no right to stay on or any interest in the land or buildings.

1.2 The Owner confirms that the Owner is entitled to let the place for this use and knows of no order or restriction that stops the Hirer holding the function there. The Hirer will obtain any permission the law requires for the function itself.

1.3 The Hirer expects 150 guests. No more than 200 guests may be on the place at one time.

2. CHARGES, DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT

2.1 The Hirer will pay the Owner a hire charge of ₹60,000 (Rupees Sixty Thousand only) for the day.

2.2 The Hirer paid ₹20,000 (Rupees Twenty Thousand only) as advance on 1 April 2026, and the Owner confirms receiving it. The advance counts towards the hire charge. The balance is payable at least 3 days before the hire.

2.3 Electricity and water for normal use are included in the hire charge, and any generator is charged at the actual fuel used.

2.4 The Hirer also pays a refundable damage deposit of ₹15,000 (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) before the hire. The Owner returns it within 3 days after the hire, keeping back only the cost of damage or loss to the Owner's property caused during the hire by the Hirer, the guests or the Hirer's vendors, and showing the Hirer what was kept and why. If the damage costs more than the deposit, the Hirer pays the difference.

3. HOUSE RULES

3.1 No one may stay overnight, and everyone must leave by the end time.

3.2 Music and a DJ are allowed until the end time, kept within the sound limits that the law allows and at a level that does not trouble the neighbours.

3.3 No alcohol will be served or brought onto the place.

3.4 The Hirer may bring the Hirer's own caterer, decorator and other vendors, who must follow these house rules, and the Hirer answers for them.

3.5 No fireworks or firecrackers may be used, and no open fire may be lit except for cooking in the place the Owner shows, unless the Owner agrees in writing and the law allows it.

3.6 The Hirer will keep guests away from any pond, well, pool, machinery and animals on the place, and answers for the safety of children and others the Hirer brings. The Owner will point out these risks before the function begins.
