HOUSE RULES ANNEXURE TO A TENANCY
This Annexure forms part of the tenancy dated 1 April 2026 for Flat 602, Homeland Heights, Sector 70, SAS Nagar, Punjab between Rajiv Khanna, of House 214, Sector 8-B, Chandigarh, +91 XXXXX XXXXX, and Amanpreet Singh, of House 88, Phase 7, SAS Nagar, Punjab, +91 XXXXX XXXXX.
- Purpose and hierarchy
These rules regulate day-to-day residential use. They do not reduce a statutory tenant right, create a new ground of eviction beyond the governing Punjab or Chandigarh law, or authorise self-help enforcement. If a rule conflicts with the principal tenancy, the principal tenancy controls unless the later rule is a valid written amendment.
- Noise and quiet enjoyment
Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM and end at 7:00 AM. The Tenant will avoid persistent noise, vibration, obstruction or conduct that unreasonably interferes with neighbours’ ordinary residential use.
- Guests and gatherings
Guest rule: Ordinary social guests are permitted; no guest may become an unapproved permanent occupant. Gathering rule: Small private gatherings are permitted if they do not create nuisance or breach society rules. A genuine guest does not become an authorised subtenant or permanent occupant merely by visiting.
- Smoking, pets and parking
Smoking rule: No smoking inside the premises. Pet rule: No pet without written consent. Parking: Use only assigned slot B-118; visitor parking subject to society security directions.
