LANDLORD NOC FOR BROADBAND INSTALLATION

I, Harpreet Singh, landlord of House 118, Sector 35-A, Chandigarh, occupied by Aarav Sharma since 1 April 2026, issue this NOC to Airtel Xstream Fiber.

I have no objection to Fibre broadband. Application reference: AXF-CHD-260990.

Permitted installation: Provider-standard router/ONT and non-structural cable routing. Approved route: Common telecom shaft to living-room TV wall.. Drilling: No drilling except existing conduit/service openings.

Cost allocation: Tenant bears all provider and restoration costs.

Exit treatment: Tenant removes provider-owned equipment and leaves concealed cabling if removal would cause damage. Special conditions: No cable on façade; use telecom shaft.

This NOC does not authorise façade work, common-area alteration or structural cutting outside the approved route, and does not make the landlord liable for subscription charges or provider equipment.
