  1. 3. Loan. The vehicle is not under hypothecation to any financer.
  1. 4. The request. I request that the registration of the vehicle be cancelled and the record of the vehicle be closed in your register, and that I be told of any tax, challan or other amount to be cleared first and of any further paper or fee needed.   1. 5. Scrappage policy. I ask for the certificate needed to claim the road tax concession on a new vehicle, if the policy gives one.
