To The Visa Officer,
Date: 2 April 2026
Reference: X
I, Navdeep Singh, of House No. 88, Sector 40-B, Chandigarh, passport number N4567890, am applying for a study permit application for Canada. I am writing to tell you about an earlier refusal and to explain it.
The earlier refusal. On 1 April 2026, Canada refused my application for the following type of visa: Study permit. The refusal letter gave this reason: The officer was not satisfied that I would leave Canada at the end of my stay, based on my family ties and the purpose of my visit.
What led to it. My first application did not include proof of my father's farm income or the admission letter's fee receipt, so the officer could not see how the course would be paid for.
What is different now. This application includes the farm income affidavit with the sale slips, the paid fee receipt and a letter from my employer confirming my leave.
I confirm that I have disclosed every earlier visa refusal in this application, and that this letter is true and complete to the best of my knowledge. I will give any further information the office may need.
Enclosed: Copy of the refusal letter; farm income affidavit; fee receipt; employer letter
Yours faithfully,
