When you need it

Your Society or RWA wants to know which vehicles belong to which flat before it gives out stickers or gate passes. You list up to three vehicles, say whose name each registration certificate is in, show that the insurance is current and agree to the parking rules.

The Society's officer records the sticker numbers issued at the foot. The form gives the right to park as the Society allows, not ownership of a space. Not for allotting a numbered parking space to a member — use the Society Parking Allotment Letter. Not for renting out a parking space to someone else.

The registration certificate of each vehicle is in my own name. Insurance of each vehicle is valid until 2 April 2026. Parking space allotted to me by the Society: Slot 12, Basement 1.

I enclose a copy of the registration certificate of each vehicle and of the insurance.

MY UNDERTAKING

1. I will stick the sticker where the Society tells me to and park only in the space allotted to me, or in visitor parking where the Society allows it, and will not block the road, the fire lane, a gate or another resident's space.
2. The sticker is for these vehicles only. I will not pass it to another vehicle or person. If I sell a vehicle or leave the flat, I will return the sticker to the Society.
3. A parking sticker gives only the right to park a vehicle in the way the Society allows; it does not give me ownership of any space. I will follow the Society's parking rules and the directions of its security staff.
