MINUTES OF A MANAGING COMMITTEE MEETING

Minutes of the meeting of the managing committee held on 1 April 2026 at 6:00 pm at the Society's office.

PRESENT

Harjinder Singh (President); Rajinder Kaur (Secretary); Amit Verma (Treasurer)

Harjinder Singh (President) took the chair. Absent: Sunita Gill (on leave). The Secretary recorded that a quorum was present throughout the meeting.

The minutes of the last meeting were read and confirmed.

DISCUSSION AND DECISIONS

1. Repair of the boundary wall: the quotation of Rs 85,000 was discussed and approved; the Secretary will issue the work order.
2. Water tank cleaning: to be done in the first week of next month.

Action to be taken, by whom and by when: Secretary to issue the work order by 15 November. The next meeting will be held on 15 December 2026, 6:00 pm.

The meeting ended at 7:15 pm.
