Notice is given that a Special General Meeting of the members of Green Park Residents Welfare Association will be held on 2 April 2026 at 11:00 am at the community hall of the Society.

This meeting is called by the President.

AGENDA

1. To consider and vote on the proposed repair of the boundary wall.
2. Any other matter with the permission of the Chair.

Only the business listed above will be taken up at this meeting. This notice is given to every member at the address in the Society's register and is also put up on the notice board.

Members are asked to attend as the Society's bye-laws allow. If the quorum the bye-laws require is not present at the appointed time, the meeting will be dealt with as the bye-laws provide.
