- Holding. This is to certify that Shri Rajesh Kumar Sharma, jointly with Smt. Anita Rajesh Sharma, whose name stands entered in the Register of Members of the Society at Folio 63, is the registered holder of 10 fully paid-up shares of ₹50 (Rupees Fifty only) each, of the total value of ₹500 (Rupees Five Hundred only), bearing Distinctive Nos. 411 to 420 (both inclusive), in the share capital of the Society. The whole of the amount payable on these shares has been received by the Society and nothing remains due on them.
- Admission and allotment. The member was admitted to membership of the Society by a resolution of the Managing Committee passed at its meeting held on 2 April 2026, and the said shares were allotted to the member by a resolution of the Managing Committee passed at its meeting held on 3 April 2026.
- Flat held. By virtue of this shareholding and of the entry in the Register of Members, the member is entitled to occupy and enjoy Flat / Unit No. B-704 in Wing B, Shanti Nivas, admeasuring 48.50 sq. metres carpet area, in the building of the Society at X, and holds the same subject to the said Act, the Rules made under it and the registered bye-laws of the Society for the time being in force.
- Authority for issue. This certificate is issued by the Society, which is a body corporate with a common seal by virtue of its registration under the said Act, pursuant to the resolution of the Managing Committee referred to in clause 2 and in accordance with Rule 21 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Rules, 1961 read with Bye-law Nos. 9 and 10 of the Model Bye-laws, 2014 adopted by the Society.
- Restriction on transfer. These shares are not transferable except in the manner and to the extent permitted by the said Act, the Rules and the bye-laws of the Society. No transfer takes effect against the Society unless the requirements of the bye-laws as to notice, application, any minimum period of holding, the prior approval of the Managing Committee and the admission of the transferee to membership have been satisfied, and unless the transfer is recorded in the Register of Members.
